These ceramic fermentation weights come in six sizes to submerge contents to ferment in 1 to 10 gallon stoneware pickling crocks. These crock weights are lead free, food safe, contain no harmful chemicals, are made in America, and can be used over and over for many years. These pickle weights are unglazed and as easy as glass to clean.
By keeping your sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles submerged, you can optimize the creation of lactic acid, which creates probiotic microorganisms and nutrients that strengthen immunity and digestion.
We also carry stoneware crock lids and wooden crock lids for all crock sizes.
